7.2. Chat authorization

If the question you are interested in is not related to authorization problems and concerns any specific services, you need to contact the chat, by logging into your account, the services of which the question is related to.

In case you have already opened a chat without authorization, simply signin to your account in a standard way, without closing it.

To contact the chat as an authorized person, do the following:

We strongly recommend in the very first message to state the question of interest to you in as much detail as possible. For example, if we are talking about a website or domain, indicate its name. If we are talking about an error, give its text and describe where and under what actions it occurs. If possible, attach the required screenshots.

Providing as complete information as possible at the beginning of the dialogue can help to significantly reduce the processing time of the request.
