To install a certificate issued by a certification authority, do the following:

  1. Openup SSL settings.
  2. On the tab “Your certificate»Fill in the form and click«Save»:
    • «SSL certificate (.crt) or certificate chains (bundle) file»- attach a file containing data for a certificate or certificate chain. Typically, this is a text file with the extension crt... If the file contains a chain of certificates, its name may contain the word bundle.
    • «SSL key (private key)»- attach a file containing the private key data. Typically, this is a text file with the extension key... If the key was received not in the form of a file, but in the form of plain text (for example, specified in the letter), then copy the entire text of the key and place it in a regular text file with any extension (for example, txt).
    • «SSL key password»- leave this field blank if the private key is not encrypted with a password.
    • «Add intermediate certificates»- check the box if the certificate file contains only certificate data for the domain and does not contain data for the entire certificate chain.
  3. Wait approximately 15-30 minutes for the changes to take effect.
