2.7.3.2. Error 1045 (28000): Access denied

When import dump the database via Control Panel an error like this may occur: The reason is usually the symbol # in password database user. In this case, you should:

  • Alternatively, import using some of the other methods (for example, using phpMyAdmin).
  • Or re-import the changing database user password for a password without this character. If the database is used on any of the sites, then in the configuration file of this site you will also need to specify a new password.
