2.24.14. Mail whitelist

Mail whitelist is a list of IP addresses of mail servers, domains and mailboxes from which letters will be delivered to your mailboxes with minimal spam checking.

The whitelist is managed in the "Hosting → White list»:

Important points:

  • It is recommended to add the most specific entries to the whitelist and only in the case when letters from the necessary senders periodically end up in the spam folder or are rejected by the mail server.
  • Whitelisted values are checked for full compliance. This means that adding the "com" entry to the list will not allow mail to be received from all .com domains. Each domain must be specified separately.
  • It is not recommended to add domains of well-known mail services to the list (for example, gmail.com, mail.ru, yandex.ru) - letters from them are delivered without any problems. At the same time, spammers often use addresses on these mail servers as senders. If you add these domains to the whitelist, emails from such spammers will be delivered to your mailboxes without checking for spam.

To add an entry to the whitelist, do the following:

  1. Click "Add entry to whitelist»:
  2. Specify the IP addresses, domains or mailboxes, mail from which should not be checked for spam (each entry in a separate line), and click "Add to»:

To delete a specific entry, do the following:

  1. Switch to the tab of the type you want ("IP addresses », «Domain names" or "Email addresses»).
  2. Find the entry you want to delete in the list and click the cross next to it:

To delete all records of a specific type, do the following:

  1. Switch to the tab of the type you want ("IP addresses », «Domain names" or "Email addresses»).
  2. Click "Delete everything»:

To delete all records of all types, click "Clear whitelist»:
