2.24.2.1.13. Setting up a signature in WebMail

To create a signature in WebMail, do the following:

  1. Go to your WebMail settings:
  2. Click "Profiles»And select your mailbox:
  3. Indicate the signature in the required form:
    To insert an image or finished HTML-code, use the corresponding buttons:
  4. Save your changes.
To add a signature manually when writing a letter, do the following:
  1. If the signature is in the format HTML, make sure the editor is set to HTML:
  2. Click "Signature»:
To set up automatic signature addition, do the following:
  1. Go to your WebMail settings:
  2. Click "Settings → Create messages»:
  3. Opposite "Automatically add signature»Choose when to add a signature:
  4. If the signature is in the format HTML, so that when writing letters each time you manually do not switch the mode in the editor, opposite “Create messages in HTML»Select in which cases the mode should be activated HTML:
  5. Save your changes.
