General settings

Settings are the same for both incoming and outgoing mail
Email address (username or login) The full name of the mailbox, including the @ symbol and domain name

Incoming mail

Setting options for incoming mail
Protocol Port Encryption Description
IMAP 993 SSL/TLS Allows you to synchronize mail with the server over a secure connection Recommended
143 No Allows you to synchronize mail with the server over an unsecured connection
POP3 995 SSL/TLS Allows only to receive incoming mail from the server via a secure connection, sent and other messages are not synchronized
110 No Allows only to receive incoming mail from the server unprotected, sent and other messages are not synchronized

Outgoing mail

Setting options for outgoing mail

To connect an email client Mailbird to mailbox, do the following:

  1. Open the application menu and click “Settings»:
  2. On the tab “Accounts»Click«Add to»:
  3. Enter your name in any form, mailbox name and press "Continue»:
  4. Pleaseindicate mailbox password and press "Change server settings»:
  5. Fill in the fields and click "Continue»:
    • «Authorization"- make sure"Username and password».
    • Incoming server:
      • «Server type"- make sure"IMAP».
      • «Server name"- specify mail.adm.tools.
      • «Port"- specify 993.
      • «Encryption"- select"SSL/TLS».
      • «Username"- make sure it is indicated mailbox name.
      • «Password» — mailbox password.
    • Outgoing server:
      • «SMTP server"- specify mail.adm.tools.
      • «Port"- specify 465.
      • «Encryption"- select"SSL/TLS».
      • «Authentication required"- make sure the checkbox is checked.
      • «Username"- make sure it is indicated mailbox name.
      • «Password» — mailbox password.
  6. Check mail is working.
