Connection settings

General settings

Settings are the same for both incoming and outgoing mail
Email address (username or login) The full name of the mailbox, including the @ symbol and domain name
Password Mailbox password

Incoming mail

Setting options for incoming mail

Outgoing mail

Setting options for outgoing mail

To connect the Mail client (iOS) to mailbox, do the following:

  1. Open the section "Settings → Accounts and passwords»:
  2. Click "New account»:
  3. Select "Other → New account»:
  4. Fill out the form and click "Further»:
    • «Name"- enter your name.
    • «E-mail"- specify name mailbox.
    • «Password"- specify password mailbox.
    • «Description»- specify an arbitrary description of the account (the name that will be displayed in the application, for example, the name of the domain).
  5. Specify the settings for connecting to the mail server and click "Further → Save»:
    • Select the protocol "IMAP».
    • Leading mail server:
      • «Hostname"- specify mail.adm.tools.
      • «Username"- specify name mailbox.
      • «Password"- specify password mailbox.
    • Outgoing mail server:
      • «Hostname"- specify mail.adm.tools.
      • «Username"- specify name mailbox.
      • «Password"- specify password mailbox.
  6. Check mail is working.

If an error like this occurs:

  1. Open the created account and click on the field “SMTP"As shown in the image:
  2. Click on the server name:
  3. Change the port to one of the ones suggested in our settings (25, 2525 or 465if you enable SSL) and be sure to specify name and password mailbox, then click "Done"And check the mail:
