2.5.8. Changing access rights

To change permissions on files or directories using filemanager do the following:

  1. Highlight the file or directory for which you want to change access rights, right-click on it and select “Access rights»:
  2. Set the necessary rights using checkboxes or numbers and click "Save", Or use the button"Default"To set standard rights:For catalogs Checkmark opposite "Recursively assign permissions to all subdirectories and files»Determines whether to change the rights for the contents of the selected directory. Available options:
    • «Apply to all files and directories"- the rights will be changed for all attached files and subdirectories.
    • «Apply to files only"- the rights will be changed only for all attached files. Subdirectories will not be affected.
    • «Apply to directories only"- the rights will be changed only for subdirectories. Attachment rights will not be affected.
