There are several types of users in PrestaShop to receive emails. By default, there are two users "WebMaster" and "Customer service", each of which is used for specific tasks.
To create new contacts, follow these steps:
Go to the section "
Store parameters → Contacts»:

Click "
Add contact»:

In the fields on the page that opens, enter the details of the new contact and click "
Save»:

To configure mail sending, you need to follow these steps:
Go to the section "
Advanced options → E-mail»:

Specify settings for sending mail and click "
Save»:

To configure sending mail using SMTP authorization, you need:
Select the method of sending letters "Set your parameters for the SMTP server».

Set the Email of the store the same as specified in the field “SMTP username».
