3.6.5. Domain connection to LP Platform

  • Action towards main domain must be done on the side of the domain registrar. If the domain is registered or served not with us, then the actions must be performed in the registrar panel.
  • If you want to send subdomain, then the main domain should be served on our NS. If the domain is served on third-party NS, the actions need to be performed not with us, but in their owner's panel.

The domain can be connected to the LP platform by specifying the NS server. You can find the domain connection settings on the side of the LP Platform service using instructions on their website.

To set up a domain, do the following:

  1. Copy the NS provided by the LP Platform service. They are listed in instructions on their website, namely:
  2. You can direct either the main name or a separate subdomain to this service:
    • To direct the main domain install NS received from the LP Platform service:
    • For subdomain direction add NS records received from the LP Platform service to a specific subdomain. In total, you need to add two identical records, but with different data:
      • «Subdomain"- specify the desired subdomain name, for example example.
      • «A type"- select"NS».
      • «Data»- indicate the received NS.
  3. In the LP Platform control panel open the section "Domains " and press "Add domain»:
  4. In the form that appears, specify the required domain or subdomain and click the "Connect domain»:
  5. Wait for the update DNS cache... This usually takes several hours (maximum 72).
