There are two options for transferring rights to .RU and .SU domains:
Domain administrator Is an individual or legal entity in whose name the .RU or .SU domain was registered. It is the domain administrator who is its actual owner, and not account ownerwhere the domain is located. Therefore, the procedure for transferring rights to .RU and .SU domains depends on who is current domain administrator and to whom the rights to it will be transferred.
According to clause 6.5. Domain Name Registration Rules in .RU and .РФ Domains, it is not allowed to transfer the domain name administration right:
