3.1.16. Domain deletion

For domains registered through us, in the column “Ending»The period of their validity is indicated.

Important points:

The delete button appears no earlier than one month before the domain expires.
The button does not remove the domain from the registry, but only hides it from the control panel.
After hiding a domain, notifications are no longer sent to it.

To hide a domain from your control panel, open the "Domains " and press "Delete domain»:

You can also abandon domain... In this case, the domain will continue to work until the expiration of the paid period, but the system will no longer send reminders to pay for it.

During the first 3 days, you can cancel registration some domains, in the name of which there was a mistake.

Important points:

The domain is not released immediately - the deletion means the early transfer of the domain to redemptionPeriod (in the zones where it is provided), so it will be necessary to wait until this period ends and the domain is finally removed from the registry.
According to clause 1.8 contract funds are not returned when the domain is deleted.

To early remove a domain from the registry and make it available for registration to everyone, please contact technical support .

Important points:

Domain records are permanently deleted.
On repeated adding the same domain will have default entries set for it.
