Domain ownership can only be verified by adding a TXT record, as described in this article. Confirmation by other means (for example, using screenshots of the dashboard panel) is not possible.
The same domain cannot be added simultaneously in multiple accounts. If, when adding a domain, a message appears stating that it is already being served, then it has already been added to the control panel of one of our users. To remedy the situation, follow the steps below that are appropriate for your situation.
Upon attempt add to the section "Domains »A domain registered with another registrar may display the following message:
This means that a domain with the same name has already been added in the section "Domains »In the account of another user. To add a domain to yourself, you need to verify ownership of it.
The record must be added for the main domain, not subdomains. To do this, when adding a record, the field subdomain
/subdomain
/name
(the name of the field may differ) you need to leave it blank or specify a symbol in it @
.
If the domain is directed to third-party NS, do the following:
move-to-user=XXXXXX
where instead of XXXXXX
substitute your account identifier (ID)to which you want to add the domain.

This means that you are trying to add a domain registered with us. You will not be able to add such a domain using a TXT record. For these purposes, there is a special procedure transfer of rights to the domain (the transfer must be made by the current owner of the domain).
