5.1.2. KVM connection

There are two different ways to connect via KVM. Please select the appropriate method below.

To connect to a dedicated server via KVM, do the following:

  1. Download and install Java software if the device you are connecting from does not have it installed.
  2. Activate KVM Accessif not already active.
  3. Follow the link in the browser from the line “URL»In the access data:
  4. Log in using your login and password from the access data:
  5. Click "Viewer»To download the JNLP file:
  6. Open the downloaded JNLP file in the usual way (if you are using the Firefox browser, immediately after downloading the file, you will be prompted to run it or save it).
  7. In the warning window, click “Continue»:
  8. Wait for the download to complete:
  9. Click "Run»:
  10. If the connection is successful, the contents of the dedicated server display will be displayed:If the screen is blank, it is possible that the power-saving mode has been activated on the server. In this case, try pressing any key (for example, Ctrl) to exit it.
To connect via KVM, you can download a local utility to your computer. Different versions of KVM can be connected, so pay attention to which one was connected. To do this, follow the link from the line “URL»In the access data:

To connect via KVM, do the following:

  1. Activate KVM Accessif not already active.
  2. Download and run a suitable version of the KVM client.
  3. Specify access data in the application:

    3. Click "Connect» («To come in»).
  4. After connecting to the server, a window will appear, log in using the username and password from the access data:
