6.19. Search for payments

There are times when payments for one reason or another do not reach us or are not processed automatically. In this case, you need to contact us at technical support and, depending on the method of payment, provide the data listed below.

  1. The phone number to which the LiqPay wallet is registered.
  2. Date and time of payment.
  3. Payment amount.
  4. Account numberthat you paid for.
  1. The last 4 digits of the card from which the payment was made.

It should be borne in mind that if the payment through the bank was made after 14:00, then it will be credited to our account and processed on the next business day.
