1.2.1.2. Password reset

Important points:

  • You can only reset your password if you have access to account mail.
  • Not the current password is sent to the mail, but a link by clicking on which you can set a new one.
  • The new password must be different from the previously used passwords.
  • A password reset request can be submitted no more than once every 10 minutes.

To reset an account password, do the following:

  1. Openup login page into the control panel.
  2. In field "E-mail»Enter the current account mail and under the field "Password»Click«Forgot your password?»:
  3. A letter containing a special link will be sent to the specified mail. Wait for the letter and follow the link from it (if the letter does not appear in the inbox, check your spam folder):
  4. In field "New password"Enter or generate a new account password and click"Save»:
  5. Click "To come in"And execute login to your account with new password:
