1.2.1.1. Change mail and / or disable 2-Step Verification

Attention!

Applications are accepted only on behalf of the account ownerto restore access to. All other applications will be rejected.

Notes:

In case of successful consideration of the application for restoring access from the account, all added to it will be deleted phone numbers.

Examples of situations where you may need to restore access:

  • The mailbox used for authorization in the hosting account is lost or unavailable.
  • There is no way to pass 2-Step Verification by any of the previously connected methods.

Apply for mail change and / or disconnection two-step authentication in the following ways:

  • Across BankID... This method is only suitable for accounts registered on individuals or sole proprietorship.
  • Through the electronic document management service Paperless or Hourly... This method is available to everyone account types... To submit an application, you will need an EDS and an account in any of the specified services.
  • Using paper workflow. This method is suitable only for individuals... To apply, you will need to print and fill out an application, send scanned copies of documents and your own photos with them in your hands.

Below are step-by-step instructions for each method.

To apply for a change of mail and / or disable two-step authentication via BankID, do the following:

  1. Fill out the form and click "Apply»:
    • «Confirmation system"- select"BankID (only for individuals and sole proprietors)».
    • «New E-mail in the account»- enter a new mail for your account on our website:
      • If you only want to disable 2-Step Verification - specify current theaddress.
      • If you want to change your mail and disable two-step authentication - specify new theaddress.
    • «Account services»- specify as much information as possible about the services located in the account to which you are restoring access.
  2. Use one of the identification channels available on the official BankID website:
    • Banks:
      • PrivatBank.
      • ConcordBank.
      • Bank Pivdenny.
      • monobank.
    • ID-card (passport).
    • Electronic digital signature (EDS).
    • MobileID.
  3. Expect the results of consideration of the application within three working days from the date of its submission. They will be sent to the mail you specified.
To apply for a change of mail and / or disable 2-Step Verification via Hourly do the following:
  1. If you do not have an account in the Vchasno service yet, create one (the registration process is quite simple and is described in detail in instructions).
  2. Fill out the form and click "Apply»:
    • «Confirmation system"- select"Hourly».
    • «E-mail in the document management system"- specify the mail to which your account is registered in Vchasno.
    • «TIN or EDRPOU" - depending on the account type, to which access is restored, specify:
      • If the account is registered as an individual or sole proprietor - indicate your INN.
      • If the account is registered to a legal entity - indicate EDRPOU legalentity.
    • «New E-mail in the account»- enter a new mail for your account on our website:
      • If you only want to disable 2-Step Verification - specify current theaddress.
      • If you want to change your mail and disable two-step authentication - specify new theaddress.
    • «Account services»- specify as much information as possible about the services located in the account to which you are restoring access.
  3. Expect the results of consideration of the application within three working days from the date of its submission. They will be sent to the mail you specified.

  1. If you don't already have an account on the Paperless service, create one (the registration process is quite simple and is described in detail in instructions).

    • «New E-mail in the account»- enter a new mail for your account on our website:

      • If you want to change your mail and disable two-step authentication - specify new theaddress.
    • «Account services»- specify as much information as possible about the services located in the account to which you are restoring access.

The method is suitable only for accounts registered on naturalperson.

To apply to change mail and / or disable two-step authentication using paper workflow, do the following:

  1. Fill out the form and click "Apply»:
    • «Confirmation system"- select"Paper (only for individuals)».
    • «Full name»- enter your full name, which were indicated in your account.
    • «New E-mail in the account»- enter a new mail for your account on our website:
      • If you only want to disable 2-Step Verification - specify current theaddress.
      • If you want to change your mail and disable two-step authentication - specify new theaddress.
    • «Account services»- specify as much information as possible about the services located in the account to which you are restoring access.
    • «Download application»- click on the link and download the application form. Print it out and fill it out.
    • «Scanned copy of the completed application»- attach a scanned copy of the completed application.
    • «Scanned copy of the first page of the passport»- attach a scanned copy of the first page of your passport. Instead of a passport, there can be any document proving identity - for example, an international passport or driving license.
    • «Photo with a statement in hand"- attach your photo with the completed application in hand. The photo must show your face and the text in the application.
    • «Photo with an open passport in hand"- attach your photo with an open passport in your hand. The photo should show your face and name in the passport.
  2. Expect the results of consideration of the application within three working days from the date of its submission. They will be sent to the mail you specified.
