1.5. Account Login (Authentication)

To log into an existing account, do the following:

1. Open the main page ukraine.com.ua and in the upper left part of it click "To come in"(Or use direct link):
2. Fill out the form and click "To come in»:
   • «E-mail"- specify your account email... If you do not remember it, you have the opportunity to apply for its change through Access recovery.
   • «Password"- enter the password for your account. If it was lost, you can reset it via Access recovery (for this you must have access to the mailbox to which your account is registered).
   • «Remember me on this computer"- leave a check mark if you want the authentication data to be stored in the cache of your browser.
   • «Remember my IP"- leave a tick if you want the system to remember your current IP.
   • and - authorization using a pre-linked account Google or Facebook... When using this method, you do not need to enter login and the password for the account.
3. If the account was enabled two-step authentication and the authentication data was not previously saved in the cache of your browser, then for further authorization use one of the available methods:
   • If 2-Step Verification has been enabled via Telegram, our Telegram bot will send to all linked to your account Telegramaccounts message, open the chat with the bot in the messenger and click “Allow Login»:
   • If 2-Step Verification has been enabled via authenticatorapplication, enter the one-time code generated by the app and click “To come in»:
   • If you have access to one of the phone numbers, added earlier in your account, use a call or SMS:
     1. Request a call. If it arrives, accept the call, enter the last 4 digits of the number from which you were called, and press "To come in»:
     2. If the call does not arrive within 60 seconds:
        • If the number is not Russian - request an SMS (SMS are not sent to Russian numbers due to problems with delivery).
        • If Russian - ask for a second call.
     3. If an SMS arrives, enter the received code and press "To come in»:
     4. If the SMS is not received within 60 seconds, request a second call.
   • If it is not possible to use any of the listed methods, apply for Access recovery.
