Added ncdu utility

The ncdu utility has been added to all regular and business hosting servers.

With its help, you can interactively analyze disk space: easily find files and directories that take up the most space, identify directories with the largest number of occupied inodes, save scan results for later study, and quickly delete unnecessary files.

To start using it is enough connect to the hosting account via SSH and run the command: ncdu.
